Please take note of the following information regarding returns and exchanges:

At BREATH OF LIFE DESIGNS LLC, we take pride in our merchandise and are dedicated to ensuring our customers' complete satisfaction. We sincerely hope that you are pleased with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please inform us. We apologize for any dissatisfaction and happily accept returns and exchanges for most items in new condition. To ensure that the items you wish to return meet all necessary conditions, please carefully review our return and exchange policy.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

• All return/exchange items must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and have all original labels attached to the original packaging. If not, the buyer will be responsible for all incurred fees (order fees, logistics fees, etc.), and no refund will be issued.

• Items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of receipt.

• Items that have been printed on, washed, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

• Please retain your tracking number.
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your exchange or return. If all the conditions mentioned above are met, there should be no issue.
• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. It usually takes 3-7 business days to return to your card.
